Meet Malvern East's newest addition 'The Bank'. The original facade of the building has been immaculately preserved to honour its past life as a bank, while the new development features subtle contemporary touches throughout to bring the residence into the 21st century.
With these rich and contrasting influences as the driving ideology behind the development, we worked to create an identity that equally encompassed this crossover of old and new.
The result was a branding concept that was structured to be reminiscent of old-style banking receipts, paired with a modern typeface and gold foil embellishments that allow for a sleek and sophisticated finish.
